Yongchang (Tianmen) New Materials Co., Ltd. is the main body of Hangzhou Yongchang Nylon Co., Ltd. (founded in 2003), formerly known as Wenzhou Yongchang Nylon Co., Ltd. (Yongchang Holdings), which was jointly founded by brothers Fu Changhuan and Fu Changbao in 1993. The parent company has been deeply involved in nylon fiber manufacturing for 20 years, growing into a leading enterprise in the industry based in Hangzhou Xiaoshan. In response to the national industrial transfer policy and to break through the development bottleneck of traditional manufacturing in coastal areas, a strategic cooperation was reached with the Tianmen Municipal Government of Hubei Province. A 2 billion RMB investment was made to build a project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of high-performance nylon filament, opening up an innovative development model of "Eastern technology + Central China resources".
